Castleknock's elegant fine dining restaurant, The Park Restaurant, is a spacious dining room with large picture windows that provide stunning parkland and lake views of the onsite golf course, the patio and the garden at the rear of the hotel. With seating for up to 50 guests this restaurant has an inviting style that is both cosmopolitan and contemporary. The menu in this elegant dining room features wild Irish countryside cuisine, specialising in game, and combines the finest of Irish ingredients.The menu is complemented by a first class wine list with a selection of wines to suit both the discerning and more adventurous palates.
